We understand you may have some questions before officially placing your order. To make you feel more at ease with your Put-In-Cups order, we have some general answers below. Q: HOW MUCH DO THESE CUPS COST?
A: We sell our cups in sleeves of 50 cups for $11, per color. All our designs are priced by the total amount of sleeves used to create the design. For example, if the design is $110, that means the design takes 10 sleeves total.
Q: WILL I RECEIVE A TEMPLATE TO FOLLOW?
A: Absolutely! All orders come with templates to follow for the design(s) ordered. Whether you order our standard letters or a custom design, you’ll have a template to follow. If you used our cup calculator to use our standard letters, an alphabet template will be sent with that order. This allows customers you reuse the cups as they wish.
* Only custom designs will have custom templates that reflect their custom design and colors.
Q: HOW DO I INSTALL THEM?
A: It's so easy! Each cup snaps right into the link (diamond) of the fence. You can view install videos here. All orders come with installation instructions as well. If you’re installing from the inside of your fence and need the reverse template for your design, just let us know! We’ll send over the reverse template needed so you install your design correctly. Email us your INVOICE or ORDER NUMBER to [email protected] so we can email you your templates.
Q: ARE THEY EASY TO INSTALL?
A: YES! Put-In-Cups are easy to install, anyone can do it! In fact, we recommend getting a group of students to help with the installation. You’ll have instructions on how to get started with your installation and they really do just snap right into the diamond. Once you hear the “click” you’re all set!
Q: HOW LONG DO THE CUPS LAST?
A: Our cups are UV protected to ensure color lasts through the various climate changes. We do guarantee our color for up to one year. Lighter colors may fade out faster than bolder colors. We have had designs going on six years and they still look great! You can read some of our customers’ testimonials to see for yourself.
Q: CAN THEY BE RECYCLED?
A: Yes they can. After years and years of use, if fading does occur, you may replace your faded cups with new cups. We will recycle your old cups & offer shipping discounts for taking this initiative to help the environment.
Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? AND HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Shipping is up to 13% of your order total. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which is 3 to 5 business days for delivery, after your order is placed.

A: Express shipping costs are available at the customer’s expense, based on color availability. Call us at 1-800-506-7891 so that we can prepare your order manually.

Q: WHAT ARE PUT IN CUPS?
A: Put-In-Cups© are colored, diamond-shaped, plastic cups that are designed to snap into the links of most chain link fences. They are colorful, inexpensive and environmentally friendly. The best alternative to Styrofoam and Solo cups.
Q: CAN YOU DESIGN MY MASCOT/LOGO?
A: Yes, we work up custom designs all the time. If you have browsed our existing designs and don’t see your mascot, we’ll design it!

Q: HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM DESIGN TAKE?
A: We work as fast as we can, but we are only human. Our design team estimates 5 to 7 business days of a waiting period. However, peak-seasons, holidays, and other unexpected issues may alter the waiting period. Once we receive a complete request, we will provide additional information needed.
